HCCIS high school offers a college preparatory program of study with courses such as physics, geometry, foreign language along with a full complement of elective courses to suit the academic interests of each student.
Twenty-four (24) credits are required for graduation.

HCCIS's High School, which is grades 9 through 12, is departmentalized. Our AOP curriculum courses are geared to prepare students for continued post-secondary education (college, seminary, etc.). Core courses include Bible, English, Latin, math, science, computer fundamentals, history, government, public speaking, Spanish, physical education and health. We also offer opportunities for students to participate in such classes and activities as aerospace science, drama, choir, band, teacher aide, and much more. Students graduate from Harvest Christian Academy with a solid education, work ethic, and Biblical foundation.

HCSIS's outstanding reading program has a strong, systematic phonetic approach. It builds independent, confident reading. By the third grade, students can read basically anything. Even lower ability students learn to read successfully. Additional academic pursuits include language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies.
